Anonymous first
We work with organisations who want to improve the care of patients and healthcare systems. We help them by measuring the effects of their programmes on healthcare professionals. For this we need your help to give feedback and we feel this is best done, and more accurate, if it is anonymous.
Our ambition is to build Outcomes Engine in a way that makes your interaction anonymous. For most purposes we do not collect or require any personal information about you.
We use your IP address and browser characteristics to technically deliver questions and surveys to you.
We do not use cookies or third party services to track your use of other websites or apps.
The type of personal information we collect
We collect and process the following information:
- Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (name, email, organisation or company affiliation).
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- Seeking additional information where you have consented to it
- Sharing a report if you have requested one
- Organising a follow-up if you have agreed to one
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
- An organisation that has your permission may give us your contact details. This would typically be in the form of your email address. We encourage the organisations we work with to use other ways that do not require sharing personal information.
We use the information that you have given us in order to invite you to measure learning outcomes from a particular programme or event that you have, or plan to attend. We do not share this information with anyone else.

How we store your personal information
We keep personal identifiers for the duration of an outcomes evaluation and for up to 1 year afterwards in case further analysis or follow-up is required. We will then dispose your information by deleting it from our secure, cloud-based servers, and any local copies.

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
